Jaume has had a long history in Human Resources and business development with high growth potential. His personal approach to these sectors is focused on the empowerment of individuals within teams to achieve excellence. Along with this, he emphasizes the importance of humans and professional life to facilitate effectiveness, trust, and leaderships. You can read more on his blog, “A CEO without a Tie.”

In addition to his start to TeamEQ, Jaume has experience with many sectors within great companies such as Infojobs, a company that has grown exponentially economically and he has helped with HR for 20 to 270 employees and helped with strategic alliances and business development on the international level. For TeamEQ, Jaume intends to help with services in our Spanish and Italian market, satisfying key needs such as the digitization in people management.

Our CEO, Francesca Gabetti, who is a co-founder of the Spanish chapter of Conscious Capitalism, is pleased with this new addition.
