The pitch of TeamEQ was given by CEO and founder, Francesca Gabetti. It stood out for a disruptive approach of the leadership. Gabetti said: “TeamEQ was born in Sillicon Valley when me and Ray Garcia, the other founder, wanted to develop a product that helps reduce the gap. We wanted to support the new leadership, based on balance, on the capacity to empower people, results and equality. A leadership for both men and women. “

After the jury deliberation, TeamEQ won the award. Hack_D_Gap honored the originality of the technological and humanistic proposal of TeamEQ. It is the solution that allows team leaders to measure and increase their motivation, effectiveness and well-being of both their teams and their own.
