TeamEQ was born from a question: how can we use the power of data to help drive transformation and build better ways of working together? From the beginning, we knew that the answer lay in making our teams more aligned, proactive and accountable. Using analytics to power the most important things that will help our businesses to grow in a new working environment: health, well-being and performance.

Our company was founded by Francesca Gabetti – over 20 years’ experience in management and organizational development, Francesco de Ambrogi – PHD in Psychology, expert in organizational behaviour & Associate Professor at the Cattolica University of Milan and Ray García, Software Engineer and 2nd time entrepreneur.

Launched between Silicon Valley and Barcelona, TeamEQ was built on a series of strong foundational values and aspirations: humanistic technology, trust and transparency, inclusive and diverse working environments, the well-being of people and innovation for change. Since then, we have served thousands of teams in different countries and industries, who have counted on TeamEQ to drive transformation in their business.
